This spacious House on Wheels, measuring 11 × 3 meters, is designed for year-round living. It features generous sleeping lofts, pre-installation for a kitchen unit and air conditioning, and is equipped with premium insulation.

It was custom-designed for a family with a child who already had experience living in a wooden house. The main requirements were plenty of space and natural light. The bathroom is fitted with equipment chosen by the customer, while the final interior finishes are left up to them. The façade is built as naturally ventilated, with carefully treated timber. The structure is modern, thoughtfully designed, and the entire house stands on a robust all-metal chassis.

"Tiny House II. (6x3)

The new 6 × 3 meter model brings in plenty of natural light thanks to its large windows. The size provides new owners with a sleeping area, if a loft bedroom is chosen, while the second loft has been replaced with a smaller storage loft. In addition, this model is equipped with efficient underfloor heating, which you are sure to appreciate. A high-quality designer vinyl floor comes as standard.

The exterior façade is ventilated and clad with larch boards treated with stain. Every one of our wooden houses is designed according to the customer's wishes, and this model is no exception – it was created based on a specific request. It can also be built fully furnished or with a different interior layout.

"Tiny House Mini I. (5x2,5)

A smaller wooden house measuring 5 × 2.5 meters, equipped with electrical wiring and year-round insulation. Spruce paneling is used as standard, with linoleum flooring. The exterior finish is available in the color of your choice. The placement and number of windows and doors can be adjusted as agreed. Upon request, water installation and many other modifications can be added.

Tiny House Mini II. (4x2,5)

This smallest version of the House on Wheels measures 4 × 2.5 meters. It is insulated in the walls, ceiling, and floor, ensuring year-round use.

It comes with an external electricity connection, and the floor is covered with durable linoleum. Thanks to its compact size, it's perfect as a cabin, home office, or garden retreat.

"Tiny House Classic I.

This type of House on Wheels has the same load-bearing structure as the De Luxe version but is built from standard materials. The placement of windows and doors can be customized according to your requirements.

Available sizes range from 7 × 3 up to 10 × 3 meters.

"Tiny House De Luxe I.

This model is built from high-quality materials and fittings, ensuring a premium standard of workmanship. The exterior cladding is made of larch wood, which can be combined with sheet metal in a color of your choice.

The interior is thoughtfully designed – including connections for a kitchen unit, washing machine hookups in the bathroom, and the option to create a utility room under the stairs. The sleeping lofts are easily accessible via solid stairs.

The interior trims are made from quality materials, and beneath each window, you'll find a windowsill serving as a practical shelf. The bathroom door is solid and mounted on a sliding rail, saving space. The entire interior feels airy while still offering full comfort for everyday living.

"Tiny House De Luxe II.

This type is built to a higher standard and offers greater comfort. The sleeping loft can measure up to 2 × 3 meters, with access provided by a staircase on one side and a ladder on the other.

High-quality flooring is used – linoleum, vinyl, or laminate. The exterior can be clad with larch boards, while the interior can feature spruce paneling.

De Luxe houses are fitted with custom-made windows and doors with double or triple glazing. This type is the ideal choice for those seeking a higher level of comfort and style.
