This model is built from high-quality materials and fittings, ensuring a premium standard of workmanship. The exterior cladding is made of larch wood, which can be combined with sheet metal in a color of your choice upon request.

The house measures 10 × 3 meters and is designed for comfortable year-round living. It offers a separate bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, boiler, and Geberit wall-hung toilet.

The equipment also includes a country-style kitchen unit in a Provence design, tailored to match the overall concept of the house.

Year-round insulation is standard in all our models – mineral wool is provided as standard, and we also offer eco-friendly hemp insulation as an optional upgrade.

For the flooring, we recommend high-quality vinyl with underfloor heating. The house can also be delivered with air conditioning or radiant heating panels.
