Tiny House II. - Duo Loft is a new addition to our range: a 6 × 3 meter wooden house that combines functionality, style, and a smart layout with two sleeping lofts. Thanks to its large windows, the interior is filled with natural daylight, creating an airy and pleasant atmosphere.

The house is fully insulated for year-round use - with 20 cm of mineral wool in the walls, ceiling, and floor. Standard equipment includes complete electrical wiring (with inspection certificate), water, and waste connections.

The layout features two sleeping lofts, each with a height of 90 cm from floor to ceiling, accessible by ladders. The space under the lofts has a height of 2 meters, allowing comfortable use while standing.

Heating is provided by underfloor heating, with durable vinyl flooring as the surface. The interior cladding consists of 15 mm paneling treated with a light stain that highlights the natural look of the wood. The exterior is clad in 19 mm larch boards with a protective stain for long-lasting durability.

The windows and doors are custom-made in a modern anthracite shade, contrasting beautifully with the natural façade and giving the house an elegant appearance.
