Tiny House Mini II is the most compact option in our range, with dimensions of 4 × 2.5 meters, it offers a practical, fully insulated solution for both seasonal and year-round use. Thanks to mineral wool insulation (20 cm in the walls, ceiling, and floor), it provides comfort even in colder months.

The house is equipped with an external electricity connection, and the floor is covered with durable linoleum that's easy to maintain. With its small footprint, it's ideal as a garden cabin, home office, or guest space.

At the client's request, the model can be fitted with full connections for a kitchen unit, an electric boiler, or additional equipment - all tailored to individual needs.

Naturally, we also provide delivery of the house to the desired location, with the option to add a wooden terrace, pergola, or other accessories for comfortable living.
