Bathroom tiling
Bathroom cladding with wood paneling or Fibo panels – 400 patterns and designs available, including optional joint widths.
Installations
Basic installations are included (water, electricity, waste) – extras available upon request.
Project
The interior and exterior finishes can be chosen by the customer. Standard exterior cladding made of spruce wood (19 mm thick) is included in the project price.
Heating
Option to choose between underfloor heating or electric heaters.
Windows and doors
Windows and doors come in standard white PVC – 5 windows and one door are included in the price. For an additional cost, you can choose brown or grey finishes in either wood or PVC. Doors are available in classic or French (glass-panelled) style.
Floors
Available in linoleum, vinyl, or laminate flooring.
Coatings / Finishes
Standard interior and exterior stain, available in clear or colored finishes according to the customer's preference.
Insulation
Mineral wool, polystyrene insulation boards, and foam are used for thermal insulation. The standard insulation thickness of 20 cm is included in the project price.
Furnishings
At the customer's request, the house can be delivered with built-in furniture, a kitchen unit, a pergola, and even a terrace.

Roof
Fully metal, color of your choice.
Options: gable roof, shed roof, or semi-round roof - all according to customer requirements.
Towing hitch
Options: towing eye or ball (depending on the type of vehicle).
